Brilliant property. Very well maintained for its age! The staff were polite and courteous. Speak with Helen at the desk, she will be glad to assist. The indoor pool was one of the best things one could ask for when travelling with a toddler who loves the water. Well maintained, clean and always had pool amenities stocked! The buffet breakfast at Parc was well thought of and had a generous and wholesome offering. From the cold to the hot, everything was good. We got there around 8:45 which traditionally is a busy period but the buffet was always stocked. The juices were great and probably the only area they need to focus on as we were tipping glass juice containers over to get to that last drop. The DIY pancake station is tucked in a corner and does attract a fair few, we didn’t need any pancakes but we reckon the machine could be setup in a more open space. Rohan was genuinely delightful, speak with him if you have any requests at the restaurant. Only negative, we found another guests credit card in the slot where you insert the room key card for the lights. Definitely an oversight but could cause unnecessary trouble in the wrong hands.

The hotel itself is very good but this is trumped by its location. Just short walks to Rundle St for dining and Rundle Mall for shopping. The room was comfortable and clean. The bar fridge was empty, no complimentary water was provided. Dental and shaving kits are available on request at Reception. Conveniently, there is a small laundry on-site; AUD$4 per wash, and also AUD$4 per dry. Take the opportunity to use the pool, spa, sauna and steam room; they are all located indoor in the same space.

Comfortable Hotel With Good Connectivity

Ambience Ambience at Pullman Adelaide is modern and elegant, with touches of luxury. The eclectic furnishings in muted and bright shades are warmly illuminated, while decorative lights and vases lend a classy touch. There's good views over the city, and the nearby park boasts fairy lights in the trees, lending a surreal yet pleasing aesthetic. Room Rooms at Pullman Adelaide are cozy and comfortable. I stayed at the Junior Suite, which is equipped with a smart television with satellite channels, and MP3 player docking station with radio, and a queen size bed. The wardrobe is small, but the large bathroom has both a shower and bath tub, with decent amenities stocked. The place is relatively clean, though I had to change 1 of my towels due to it being unclean (with an unpleasant odour). Food Food at Pullman Adelaide is served at the Salt Restaurant. Ambience is comfortable and suitable for lingering meals, though the place is noisy and buzzing at breakfast. Service is friendly but leisurely, with staff according guests good attention. Cleaning up is done slowly, and there isn't a proper queue system which can have disorderly results. Food is Modern Australian cuisine, made with fresh ingredients. Quality is slightly above average, served in large hearty portions. Service Service at Pullman Adelaide is polite, professional, and helpful. Staff welcome guests warmly, and process checking in or out quickly, with good briefing of the available facilities. They readily offer assistance, such as calling a taxi, or holding luggage in temporary storage. Beyond the reception and restaurant, there's minimal interaction elsewhere, though if you do come across housekeeping, they're polite and work efficiently. Facilities & Activities The facilities and activities at Pullman Adelaide are catered towards business or leisure travel, but less so for children. The spacious and well-equipped meeting rooms make this a popular conference and business meeting venue. The lobby lounge and executive lounge are comfortable. The gymnasium has decent equipment, while the swimming pool is basic but functional. While they don't offer laundry service, the easy-to-use self-service laundromat makes up for it. Overall, I would recommend Pullman Adelaide hotel if you're planning to visit the city and its surroundings.

One Night Staycation with Lounge access

We booked the Pullman Adelaide for 24th Night. As Platinum members of ALL Accor Plus we are eligible for Lounge access and breakfast, and this was a lovely experience. We checked in after work and were assigned room 1015 overlooking the Parklands, The room was well appointed with excellent amenities and some complimentary chocolates. We visited the Hindmarsh Lounge before our show at the Festival theater. The space is well appointed and quiet with spaces that are relatively private. The service provided by Bhoman Desai was exceptional. The lounge had over 20 guests and he was served us by by himself ensuring the canapes were replenished as were our glasses. Despite being very busy he had time to speak with many of the guests at the lounge. Thank you. I would like to compliment whoever is responsible for the wine selection. It is not uncommon to be served De Bortoli mass produced wines at some 5 star Accor hotels in the eastern seaboard. The South Australian selection of wines were exceptional at the Pullman lounge. The one downside was that when we returned after the show which was 11 pm we found that we were not able to get any thing to eat at the Pullman. It surprised us that Room Service also ended at 11 pm!. The Breakfast next morning on ANZAC day was excellent with a wide selection of hot food including eggs done to your preference and 6 juices and barista made coffee which was excellent. The waiting staff were attentive. The selection of fruit was limited and the pancake machine is not becoming of a 5 star hotel but overall the quality of the produce was apparent through out the offerings. Check out was efficient and straightforward. All of this a Credit to the Management team and staff. thank you

Outstanding staff and service. Best hotel in Adelaide!

We stayed at the Pullman Adelaide in 2 x superior rooms for 5 nights over Christmas with my sister and her family. This hotel is in the best location. It's so close to everything in the city! 2 min walk to Rundle Mall, 10 min walk to the Art Gallery of SA and approx. 15 min walk to Adelaide Botanic Gardens. This was so good for us as we love to walk and explore. From the moment we pulled up in our car to the moment we checked out, everything about the Pullman Adelaide was amazing. The best part of the hotel though was the staff. I don't think I have ever experienced such outstanding service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with great facilities and a nice view of the city. We chose the self parking option in a secure undercover car park just a few mins walk away from the hotel. It was so easy and convenient. We just purchased self park tickets from the hotel reception when we checked in. If you have a chance try the Salt Bar and Lounge. Relaxing atmosphere, well made cocktails and outstanding service... yet again. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Adelaide. We will definitely be back!
